In an effort to best achieve these ends, and fully comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations, we have retained Stantec Consulting Ltd. to assist with the environmental and planning aspects of this project.
Following are the notices, studies, and reports released as the Sydenham Wind Energy Centre advances through Ontario's new Renewable Energy Approval (REA) process. The REA combines previous requirements under Ontario's Environmental Assessment Act with clear provincial rules and standards in a new regulation under the Environmental Protection Act.
